What is a Launch Plan Inventory?

Our Launch Plan Inventory is an assessment of your early or late-stage readiness. The purpose of the Inventory is to provide an expert, objective assessment of your existing readiness and make recommendations for immediate and longer-term improvements.  It answer's the questions, "What else should we be considering?" and "What next?"

We'll determine your current state of readiness, identify gaps, and provide a report that can be used to inform your go-forward decisions.

The Launch Plan Inventory is incorporated in our other solutions, Early-Stage Development and Launch Readiness. It is offered as a separate solution for those who are not ready to commit to a comprehensive engagement, but want to understand their state of readiness.  If you choose to start with the Launch Plan Inventory, it will transition seamlessly to our Early-Stage Development and Launch Readiness solutions.
